Many thanks to Olivia for fixin' a spectacular Mexican feast! I had 2 hard shell tacos, 1 soft taco, 2 chicken quesadillas and beef nachos and homemade salsa to boot. Oh, I forgot the cookie and ice cream at the end. (Sorry, no pics, the kids in Africa get upset about that).
