"Jason has tea with old Chinese man." Well, this is the one I didn't quite get. For one thing, Guilin and the areas I went are not known for their tea houses like Chengdu or other cities are (because that would have been a snap to get), but I did the best I could and went to a real tea house and enjoyed some flowery tea. The waitress explained the whole process and what all the pieces were.
