This & That

Just a quick update on a couple of things. Last week, we said goodbye to a friend and a dear sister in Christ. Jit moved back to Bangkok to work and help take care of her family. She is very kind, humble and has a servants heart. She was an important part of the Body of Christ here in Chiang Mai and at her church. We will miss her, but wish her the best with her family.

The Official Craig is Leaving Festivities have also begun. My brother in Christ, Craig will go back home to Austin on Saturday. In October, he will marry "his love" Jenifer (that's his friend Gade below, not Jenifer).

Saturday evening we had a picnic dinner for Craig at one of the many beautiful waterfalls overlooking the city. It was a great time!
Craig and Muay at his 1st going away party- there are at least 2 more to come this week.
Finally, if you didn't know, the college football season starts this week. I think there are some games on Saturday, but the real stuff begins this Saturday when UGA takes on Western Kentucky. Despite my dislike for Division I teams playing lower division teams, I will let this one slide as the NCAA added another game to the season and I believe another team backed out of an agreement to play UGA, so we had to find someone. Also, it should allow us to play 2 and maybe 3 QBs to help find out who is going to be the QB to lead the Dogs this season.
