All in the Family

While we were in Huntsville we got to see some of the places that I used to hang out at when I lived there and visited my family. Here we are at Monte Sano Park on the mountain.

One thing Rufina became very familiar with while she was in the Rocket City was Cracker Barrel. As it turns out, my grandmother- Nana, now has a serious jones for turnip greens and the brand new Cracker Barrel is where she gets her fix.

Rufina also met my dad and grandparents. She noted that there were many similarities in my family which is from Puerto Rico and her family in Hong Kong.

Since Rufina got to know my dad, she also got the scoop on Dave Ramsey. As it turned out, we got to visit Dave's HQ in Cool Springs, south of Nashville.

We were in Nashville to visit my cousin's family. Sure it was great to see my cousin, eat a nice dinner at Saffire and walk around downtown Franklin while we enjoyed ice cream, but the cherry on top had to be this little slice of Utopia...

the massage chair and big screen TV with the MLB package. Nothing like kicking back getting a massage and watching any baseball game in the country on the big screen.

We are back in Hot'lanta now, but more adventures and trips are in the works.
