What are you wearing?

I was reading a friend's blog today and she was commenting on teenage girls and young women's dress today. She is a school teacher. Here is my favorite quote from her post:

"I've actually GASPED at church when I've seen some girls walk in. Prostitutes in Kampala wear more than that! "

(FYI, Kampala is in Uganda, Africa, where she used to live and work).
