Summer Adventures: Georgia Aquarium

Another stop on the Hot'lanta Tour was the Georgia Aquarium.

Here is a shot of the GAquarium's famed whaleshark.

After the whaleshark got tired of swimming in the tank, he hopped out for this photo op with Rufina's parents.

Below is one of my favorite shots I got in the underwater tunnel.

Unleashing the family on the Georgia Aquarium. No fish were harmed (or eaten) during this segment of the trip.


One of the ways the GAquarium tries to squeeze more money out of you is by taking a picture of you in front of a green screen and then superimposing it on a background photo of the main aquarium. The photo usually turns out better than anything people can do on their snapshot cameras. We noticed that one of the guys in their promotional photo bears a striking resemblance to yours truly.
